Tarragon Russian is well known as a mild herb compared to its counterparts. With a slight bitter taste and a hint of licorice you will find many opportunities to have Tarragon accompany your garden. Tarragon Russian is a hardy plant with woody stems and light green toned slender leaves.
 
Russian Tarragon (Artemesia dracunculoides) is also a perennial culinary herb in the Asteraceae family. It grows up to 1.5 m tall and dies down in winter.
